The freshness of cool mint is loved by all, is not it? Most of us join the leaf / plant wonderfully Fresh Breath but rarely pick up a bouquet of mint on the market for use for other purposes and is frankly a disgrace! What spearmint, peppermint or other type of Mint (by the way, I like chocolate mint, I chop a few leaves on fresh fruit and got a nice low-cal dessert!) uses mint are almost endless. fresh or dried leaves have a pleasant warm fresh, aromatic and sweet with an aftertaste costs, and are great in teas, jellies, syrups, candies and ice cream.
In some parts Middle East, which they use in dishes of lamb with mint and you will almost always be served a cup of mint tea after a Heavy meals ideal for digestion. A drop of peppermint oil in chocolate is delicious when they run around chocolate fondue after a meal, and I like adding fresh mint leaves to fruit and vegetable salads for a touch of something different and fresh.
Besides its use in food, mint comes to our aid in so many other ways as well. It's a great relief if you get headaches, just put a few drops of peppermint oil on a cold, wet washcloth and put it on your forehead to relax your meaning. If you do not have fresh mint at home, add a drop of peppermint oil for a cup of herbal tea to facilitate the digestion, gas and ease heartburn. It makes a great massage cream when added to body cream scented and tonic too quite in the hot summer months, especially if you try to reduce air conditioning bills.
Place a few drops of oil peppermint oil on an oil burner to freshen a room and kill the bacteria in air-born. A few drops of peppermint oil in a footbath to relieve tired feet aid, and still more to cool the laundry just add 2-3 drops of peppermint oil a washcloth dry and add to the dryer with your clothes. And finally, my favorite use of peppermint oil, I always carry a container of mint oil coated for between meals to prevent gas from foods that I do not digest well. You can also rub on the belly or lower back area to relieve the pain of gas because it is absorbed through the skin. Relief mint!
